PW Apparel's Refund and Return Policy

Because PW Apparel's shirts and other apparel are printed as needed, we will only accept returns and offer refunds if:

• The Wrong size was delivered
  **WE are unable to accept refunds for the wrong size ordered. Please confirm all sizes ordered when you check out.**
• Defects or printing errors exist in the shirt
  **Seldom, size and placement may vary from the pictures of the shirt on our web page. These differences do not qualify for refunds or returns.**
• The wrong merchandise was received.
  **Once again, confirm the merchandise ordered. If you order something you didn't want, I'm sorry but we can not honor a refund.**

The following will NEVER qualify for refunds or returns

• Any custom ordered Apparel
• Any apparel that is the size you ordered, but will not fit. Sizing charts are available upon request.

Substitute items will be made available, as supply exists. If we are out of stock, a monetary refund will be issued.

Any and all discrepancies with this or any PW Apparel policies must be dealt with in the State of Indiana.
